basketball strikes again. Come see the Cats
in action at Rupp Arena! You can see the famous players like Jamal
Mashburn, Tony Delk, Ron Mercer, and much much more. There are also some
famous coaches like Adolph Rupp, Joe Hall, Rick Pitino and Tubby
Smith. Did you know that Rupp Arena was named after coach, Adolph Rupp.
Tubby Smith has just lead the Wildcats into a championship in 1998. They also won in 1996, 1978, 1958, 1951, 1949, and 1948! Also they made it to the final four in 1993, and 1984. They also were a runner up in 1975 and 1966! During all of this, they proudly were called the Wildcats wearing their blue and white uniforms and they still are.
